For Metro Manila (Normal Package)

Note: Should an order be found to have an incorrect/incomplete address (i.e. a provincial address but had Metro Manila entered or vice versa), OR if the item to be shipped is huge (e.g. Eco Mom) the order shall be put on hold and the customer will be required to pay the correct shipping amount. If the correct payment is not received after 5 days, then the order will be cancelled.

After we receive your payment and verified your order and availability of stocks, do expect to receive your order within the time frames stated below.

For Metro Manila orders:

2-3 business days*

 

For Provincial orders:

3-5 business days*

Tracking details can be found by logging into your account, viewing your order history and select your most recent order. Customers who placed orders as guests can email us at shop.mommymundo@gmail.com. Please include your complete name and order reference number. Please expect a response within 48 hours.

You may track the status of your order via our courier Xend - http://tracker.xend.com.ph/. Just type in your air way bill number (provided by Mommy Mundo) on the “Tracking number” field and press Enter.

It is our aim to deliver within the period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforeseen situations, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the specified time period.

If you are not present upon delivery, the Courier may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

  • Valid ID of authorized recipient
  • Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
  • Signed authorization letter

However, if the Courier did not find the recipient in the specified address after two attempts, the courier will RTS to Mommy Mundo and the customer will have to shoulder the reshipment of their item/s.

 

 

RETURNS

Should a product be found to be defective, incomplete, or damaged item was delivered, please contact shop.mommymundo@gmail.com or call us at +63 2 470 9925, state your name and order number for reference. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

  • We accept returns for most items within 5 daysafter the delivery of the items.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with the labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will rejected.
  • For hygienic reasons, cloth diapers, disposable diapers, swimwear, bottles, nipples, and pacifiers cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Sealed items that have been unsealed by the customer, such as skincare products and food items will not be accepted as well.
  • Purchase of sale items are considered as final. Returns of such items will not be accepted.
  • All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be returned to the customer. If the return is approved, then the customer will receive a voucher equivalent to the returned item's amount via email, which may be redeemed with their next purchase. The voucher is valid for 30 days.
