 1. HOW DO I ORDER?

Just go to our site https://www.mommymundoshop.com/collections/all, click on the product you like, choose the variant/size, then click Add to cart. When you get to the Cart page, enter the quantity you like then click Update Cart or if quantity is correct, click the Checkout button. You will then be directed to the Shipping page, where you will choose the type of Shipping method. If you are a Mommy Mundo Passport holder, enter the coupon code that came with your Passport in the Discount field, to enjoy your discount. Then click the Continue to payment method, choose your Payment Method then complete your order by clicking Complete Order.

 

2.WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?

You can pay by credit/debit card via PayPal OR by cash thru Bank Deposit.

For PayPal

Login to your Paypal account or choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Then follow the instructions of PayPal as you go along.

For Bank Deposit

Make your payment via cash deposit thru:

Account Name: Mommy Mundo Inc.

Bank: Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

Account Number: ‎2671-0007-84

FOR BANK DEPOSIT PAYMENTS: Proof of payment should be sent to our email (shop.mommymundo@gmail.com) within 48 hours after the order has been placed. If payment is not received within this time frame, the order will automatically be cancelled. 

 

3. HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?

You may refer to our Delivery and Shipping page for this information here.

 

4. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After we receive your payment, we will verify your order. Expect to receive your order within the time frames stated below:

For Metro Manila orders:

2-3 business days after payment is received*

For Provincial orders:

3-5 business days after payment is received*

 *Please note that these postage times are an estimate only, and do not account for public holidays, peak periods (ie. Christmas), or internal delays

 

5. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We understand that sometimes we buy an item on impulse. Should you change your mind about your purchase, it can still be cancelled. However, our cancellation policy are stated below.

For unpaid orders:

Please email us at shop.mommymundo@gmail.com with your order number and state your intention to cancel. We shall cancel the order for you in our system.

For paid orders but not yet shipped:

Please email us at shop.mommymundo@gmail.com with your order number and state your reasons to cancel. We will ask for your bank details so that we can issue a refund. Refunds will be returned back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

For paid orders but already shipped:

Please email us at shop.mommymundo@gmail.com with your order number and state your reasons to cancel. You may return or exchange an item* within 5 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in its original condition for a full refund / exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are returned non-saleable. Shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

6. WHAT IF THE ITEM I PURCHASED DOES NOT FIT ME OR MY BABY? OR IF ITS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE? CAN I EXCHANGE OR ASK FOR A REFUND?

Should a product be faulty or of wrong size, you may return or exchange an item within 5 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in its original condition for a full refund / exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are returned non-saleable.

Please contact shop.mommymundo@gmail.com for our return address and include your order number. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds* will be returned in the form of a shopping voucher valid for 30days once we have received and inspected the products are in their original condition. Refund back to the original payment method will be based on a case-to-case basis and subject for approval by Management.

Exchanges* will be sent out within 2 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.

7. WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT TO PURCHASE IS OUT OF STOCK?

Check our product page, some items are still available for order and you will be informed once items are available.

 

8. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Our physical store is the Mommy Mundo HQ located at the 2nd Floor Fun Ranch, Frontera Verde, C-5, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1600 Metro Manila, Philippines

 

9. WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

Our online shop is open 24x7 but processing of orders are from 9am to 3pm during weekdays (excluding Public Holidays). Our showroom is open during weekdays from 9am to 6pm.
