Notes

    • Should an order be found to have an incorrect/incomplete address (i.e. a provincial address but had Metro Manila entered or vice versa), OR if the item to be shipped is huge (e.g. a crib) the order shall be put on hold and the customer will be required to pay the correct shipping amount. If the correct payment is not received after 5 days, then the order will be cancelled.

     

    • Please note shipping time is an estimate only, and do not account for public holidays, peak periods (ie. Christmas), or internal delays.

    If you are not present upon delivery, the Courier may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

    • Valid ID of authorized recipient
    • Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
    • Signed authorization letter

    However, if the Courier did not find the recipient in the specified address after two attempts, the courier will RTS to Mommy Mundo and the customer will have to shoulder the reshipment of their item/s.
